Terms of Service
Samautomation (Wognum, the Netherlands) runs the Paint by Numbers Layout Generator at paintingbynumberstool.com. These terms cover the generator, the color by numbers tool, the custom kit shop and the AI assistant connection. They are written in English and apply to every visitor. Read the privacy policy for how your data is handled.
What the service does
You upload a photo and the tool computes a paint by numbers pattern: numbered regions, a matching paint palette, canvas size advice and quality scores. In the chat, an AI assistant can create a preview of your photo and show the current kit prices. The preview engine is the same one the paid patterns use.
A preview is a computed estimate based on your photo and your settings. Check the selected product and the delivery details before you order.
Your photos
Only upload photos that you are allowed to use and share. Do not submit passwords, credentials or confidential records. You stay responsible for the photos you submit.
Orders, payment and delivery
Ordering and paying happen on paintingbynumberstool.com, never in the chat. Payments run through a secure Stripe checkout, with iDEAL, credit card and more.
A printable PDF pattern is a digital product: after payment you can download it from your pattern page. A custom kit is produced after your order and shipped to the address you entered during checkout.
Connecting an AI assistant
The assistant plugin needs no account and asks for no name or email address. When you connect Painting by Numbers Tool in your assistant and send a photo, the assistant receives a preview image and a summary: canvas size advice, colour count, areas, the current kit price and a link to your pattern page. Ordering and paying happen on that pattern page, on this website.
Your photo is processed on our server and is not forwarded to OpenAI or Anthropic. What each piece of data does is described on the plugin privacy page.
You revoke the connection in your assistant (ChatGPT: apps settings; Claude: Settings, then Connectors). That stops future access immediately. Deletion of stored photos and patterns goes through the contact page.
Acceptable use
Use the service as it is meant to be used: no unlawful content, no attempts to break or overload the service, and no sharing of API keys beyond your own organisation.
Ownership
The service, its software and its content are the property of Samautomation. You keep the rights to the photos you submit.
